Every CRM now says it has AI. The useful question is which AI work is actually done for you, on which plan, and at what price. A summary on the plan you can afford is worth more than an agent on the one you can't.

Our answer: PromptLab is the best AI CRM in 2026 for teams that sell products. Meeting recording, AI summaries, follow-up drafts, CRM autofill, Ask AI and a Claude or ChatGPT connector are all on Basic at $11.99 a user a month. The AI is in the seat price, with no token balance to watch.

What counts as AI in a CRM

We checked five things on each CRM's own pricing and product pages, because they are where AI saves reps real time.

  • Call or meeting recording with a transcript.
  • AI summaries written when the call ends.
  • Follow-up email drafts from what was said.
  • CRM autofill: fields updated from the call, not typed.
  • MCP access, so Claude or ChatGPT can read and update the CRM.

Then we asked a sixth question: what plan, and what pricing model? An AI feature that needs a $79 seat or metered tokens is a different product from one that comes with the seat.

The best AI CRMs

1

PromptLab

Our pick
AI-native CRM for product sales
Paid plans, a month$11.99 – $99 per seat

Best for: B2B teams that sell products and want AI on every plan

Every PromptLab plan records meetings on Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, with transcripts in 100+ languages. After the call you get a summary and a follow-up email draft. Before the next one, an AI brief on the account. CRM fields are filled in from the call, standard fields on Basic and unlimited fields on Professional.

Ask AI answers plain-word questions about accounts, deals, quotes, sales orders, meetings and email. The MCP connector lets Claude or ChatGPT read and write records with OAuth sign-in and no API keys. See connect Claude, connect ChatGPT and what MCP is.

2

Pipedrive

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$14 – $79 per seat

Best for: Teams that want AI built into a familiar pipeline

Pipedrive's Nova adds pre-call briefs, call recording, summaries and CRM updates on every plan, from $14 a seat billed annually, and it has an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. That is a generous AI line-up at the entry price.

Follow-up drafts start on Premium at $59. The AI has little to work with on product sales, since it keeps no samples, price lists or sales orders.

3

Breakcold

AI-native CRM
Paid plans, a month$99 + $10/seat

Best for: Social sellers who want AI across LinkedIn, chat and email

Breakcold is an AI-first CRM with recording, summaries, follow-up drafts, CRM autofill and MCP all in the product, plus WhatsApp, Telegram and LinkedIn in one inbox. One plan costs $99 a month with a seat included, plus $10 per extra seat, or 20% less billed annually.

The $99 plan includes 3,000 AI CRM actions, and call recording, AI workflows and lookups spend tokens. Its own example puts 300 active contacts at about $90 a month extra. There are no quotes, samples or price lists.

4

Close

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$9 – $139 per seat

Best for: High-volume calling teams

Close is calling-first, with a dialer, email and SMS built in. Chloe, its AI teammate, summarises calls and updates records on every plan, and MCP is supported.

It doesn't draft the follow-up email, pipelines start at $35 a seat and workflows at $99, billed annually. Quotes, samples and price lists are missing.

5

Attio

AI-native CRM
Paid plans, a month$35 – $79 per seat

Best for: Teams that want to design their own AI-native CRM

Attio is one of the best-designed new AI-native CRMs, with AI agents and its own MCP server, and three seats are free. Teams that want to design their own data model will enjoy it.

Call Intelligence, summaries, follow-up drafts and autofill all wait for the Pro plan at $79 a seat, billed annually. Quotes and sales orders aren't built in.

6

monday CRM

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$12 – $28 per seat

Best for: Companies already running on monday.com

monday CRM offers the AI notetaker, follow-up drafts and CRM autofill from Standard at $17 a seat billed annually, and MCP is supported. Its Basic plan at $12 includes quotes.

On Basic, reps write up every meeting themselves. WhatsApp and Telegram aren't supported.

7

HubSpot

Enterprise suite
Paid plans, a month$7 – $150 per seat

Best for: Teams that need AI inside a full marketing suite

HubSpot has meeting summaries and MCP, and a free CRM at the centre of a wide suite. Starter is $7 a seat billed annually.

Call recording, follow-up drafts and autofill start on Sales Hub Professional at $90 a seat, which also carries a $1,500 to $3,500 onboarding fee.

How we picked

We took the five AI features and checked, for each CRM, whether its own pages show the feature on every plan, only on a higher one, or not at all. We then weighed how the AI is priced. PromptLab and Pipedrive include theirs in the seat. Breakcold meters it. Attio and HubSpot gate most of it behind a $79 or $90 plan.

We are PromptLab, so we list ourselves first. Pipedrive is a fair second: it offers four of the five on every plan, from $14 a seat billed annually. We add the fifth, follow-up drafts, plus the records for product sales that give the AI something to answer from.

PromptLab's AI drafts, fills in and answers. A rep reviews the follow-up email before it goes to the customer.

What AI saves in a typical week

Take a rep with ten customer meetings a week. Without AI, each one means notes, a summary email, a CRM update and a reminder to follow up. That is four small jobs after every call, and the first to be skipped is the CRM update.

With recording and autofill, the transcript is saved, the summary is written, the fields are updated and the follow-up is drafted for review. With Ask AI, the sales manager can then ask which accounts mentioned a delivery date, without opening ten records. Say each call saves ten minutes. Over ten calls, that is more than an hour and a half back every week.

The same logic is why we weigh the plan so heavily. If recording sits behind a $79 seat and only some of your reps are on it, the others still write notes by hand.

How to choose

Start from the job. If your reps lose time writing up calls, test recording, summaries and autofill on your real meetings. If your team works in Claude or ChatGPT, test that connector first. Always check the plan the feature sits on, and the pricing model beside it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best AI CRM?

For B2B teams that sell products, PromptLab: recording, summaries, follow-up drafts, autofill, Ask AI and MCP all come with the $11.99 Basic plan. Pipedrive is a strong second for AI in a simple pipeline.

What does an AI-native CRM do?

It records and summarises your calls, drafts the follow-up, fills in CRM fields and answers questions in plain words. Many also connect to Claude or ChatGPT over MCP. Our explainer goes deeper.

Can Claude or ChatGPT use my CRM?

Yes, over MCP. PromptLab's connector at trypromptlab.com/mcp signs in with OAuth, uses no API keys and can read and write on every plan, sample requests included.

Is AI included in the price?

In PromptLab, yes. Breakcold's $99 plan includes 3,000 AI CRM actions, then tokens. Attio and HubSpot put recording behind $79 and $90 plans.

Which plan do I need for unlimited autofill fields?

Professional, at $23.99 a user a month. Basic fills in standard fields from calls, and Professional fills unlimited fields. Professional also adds the deal workspace, pipeline AI, the scheduler and call dialer, and the API.
