Best CRM to use with Claude and ChatGPT (MCP)
Which CRMs connect to Claude and ChatGPT over MCP, from which plan, and with what sign-in? Eight compared for B2B teams that sell products.
By the PromptLab team6 October 20265 min read
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, lets Claude or ChatGPT work with the records in your CRM. You ask "what did we quote this account last month?" or "log this call and create a follow-up task", and the assistant does it against live data instead of a pasted export. If you're new to the term, read what MCP is.
Most CRMs now say they support it, so the useful question is how. Four things separate a good connection from a gimmick. How do you sign in: OAuth, or an API key someone has to create and store? Can the assistant write as well as read? Which plan do you need? And does it cover the records your sales actually run on, such as quotes, orders and samples?
We compared the vendors on those points, using each one's published plans checked on 30 September 2026. PromptLab is ours, so it sits at the top, with the reasons spelled out. Two vendors in the set, Copper and Proton.ai, don't support MCP at all.

The best CRMs to use with Claude and ChatGPT
PromptLab
Our pickAI-native CRM for product salesPaid plans, a month$11.99 – $99 per seatBest for: Product sellers who want Claude or ChatGPT on live deals
MCP access is on every plan, from Basic at $11.99 a user a month. Sign-in is OAuth, there are no API keys to create or rotate, and the assistant can read and write on Basic. Each rep connects with their own login, then asks Claude or ChatGPT to look up an account, add a note or update a deal. The connector URL is https://trypromptlab.com/mcp. It reaches sample requests too: Claude or ChatGPT can list them, read one and its status, log a new request or update it. See the Claude and ChatGPT pages.
Attio
AI-native CRMPaid plans, a month$35 – $79 per seatBest for: Teams that want an AI-native CRM they design themselves
Attio is an AI-native CRM with its own MCP server and AI agents, and up to three seats are free. Its flexible data model suits teams who enjoy building. For a product sale, quotes, price lists and orders aren't built in, and call recording starts on Pro at $79 a seat a month billed annually.

Breakcold
AI-native CRMPaid plans, a month$99 + $10/seatBest for: Social sellers who want MCP included in one plan
Breakcold includes Claude, ChatGPT and MCP on one plan at $99 a month with a seat included, plus $10 for each extra seat. It also brings LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and email into one inbox. AI use is metered in tokens beyond 3,000 included AI actions, and quotes, samples and price lists are missing.

Pipedrive
Sales CRMPaid plans, a month$14 – $79 per seatBest for: Small teams that want a simple pipeline
Pipedrive lists MCP support, and its Nova assistant adds call recording and CRM updates on every plan from $14 a seat billed annually. Quotes wait for Premium at $59, and there are no samples, price lists or sales orders.

HubSpot
Enterprise suitePaid plans, a month$7 – $150 per seatBest for: Marketing-led teams that want one suite
HubSpot lists MCP support and has a free CRM, with a $7 Starter plan billed annually. For a product team, quoting is an add-on and sales orders and price lists are missing. Call recording starts at $90, and the upper plans carry a $1,500 to $3,500 onboarding fee.
monday CRM
Sales CRMPaid plans, a month$12 – $28 per seatBest for: Teams already on monday.com
monday CRM lists MCP support, from a $12 Basic plan billed annually, with quotes included. AI notetaker, automations and email sync start on Standard at $17. Sales orders, samples and price lists aren't there.
Close
Sales CRMPaid plans, a month$9 – $139 per seatBest for: Calling-heavy teams that want an AI teammate
Close lists MCP support and has Chloe, an AI teammate that summarises calls and updates records on every plan. It's the strongest dialer here. Pipelines start at $35 a seat and workflows at $99, billed annually, and quotes, samples and price lists are missing.

Salesforce
Enterprise suitePaid plans, a month$25 – $550 per seatBest for: Large organisations with admins and a budget
Salesforce lists MCP support, but only from $195 a user a month, billed annually, and CRM autofill and API access start at the same level. It's the most configurable CRM there is, but connecting Claude or ChatGPT is priced as an upper-edition feature. Dynamics 365 Sales is similar: its Sales MCP server starts on Premium at $150 a user, needs Copilot Studio admin rights and Copilot credits, and Microsoft's own docs say Claude Desktop isn't supported at this time.
How we picked
We ranked on the plan where MCP starts, then on what sits behind the connection. A cheap MCP connector on a CRM with no quotes or orders gives the assistant little to work with. Where a vendor's own pages didn't say how sign-in works, we didn't guess.
Zoho CRM and GoHighLevel also list MCP. We left them out of the top eight: Zoho CRM has no AI meeting summaries and puts quotes on its $23 plan, and GoHighLevel is a marketing platform for agencies, priced per account.
Three things reps actually ask the assistant
The value of MCP shows up in small daily jobs, not in demos. Here are three that product teams use.
Prepare for a call. "Summarise the account I'm meeting at two: open deals, the last quote, and what they said in the last meeting." The assistant reads the account, its quotes and its meeting history, and returns a brief you'd otherwise assemble from three tabs. With MCP, the answer comes back in the chat window the rep already has open.
Log the work. "Add a note to this account that they want delivery before the 14th, and create a task for Friday." This is a write, which is why we test it first. A read-only connector can answer questions but leaves the typing to you.
Check the pipeline. "Which open deals are over $20,000, and which sample requests on them are still waiting for feedback?" The answer comes from live records, so it is as current as the CRM. Nobody has to export a report first, and nobody asks a colleague for one.
Each of these assumes the connector works on your plan. On Salesforce and Dynamics 365 Sales that means a plan costing $195 or $150 a seat. On PromptLab it's Basic.
What to test before you commit
- Connect with one login. Time how long it takes a rep to authorise Claude or ChatGPT.
- Ask a write question. "Add a note to this account" is a better test than "show me this account".
- Ask about a quote and a sample. See whether the assistant reaches the records your deals rely on.
- Check who the assistant acts as. It should use the rep's own permissions.
