Pricing: $65 to $150 against $14 to $52

Dynamics 365 Sales has three plans from $65 to $150 a user a month. Zoho CRM's four paid plans run from $14 to $52, and it's free for up to three users. Both come with a free trial.

Zoho's top plan, at $52, costs less than Dynamics' first at $65. For quoting, a product team pays $23 a user on Zoho against $65 on Dynamics.

Microsoft's stack against Zoho's suite

Dynamics 365 is part of Microsoft's family of business apps, ERP included, which is the point for a company standardised on Microsoft. Setting it up means decisions on environments, security roles, licences and Copilot credits, and many companies bring in a Microsoft partner.

Zoho's strength is breadth. More than 50 apps, from Books to Desk, sit next to the CRM, so accounting and a help desk can come from the same vendor.

Quotes, orders and price lists

Both build quotes, sales orders and price lists into the CRM: Dynamics 365 Sales from Professional at $65, Zoho CRM from $23, where price lists are called price books.

Neither tracks samples. A team that sends trial batches records them in a spreadsheet on either one.

Calls, meeting AI and MCP

Dynamics starts call recording, summaries, drafts and a dialer on Enterprise at $105, and CRM autofill and MCP on Premium at $150. Its MCP server needs Copilot Studio admin rights and Copilot credits, and Microsoft's docs say Claude Desktop isn't supported at this time.

Zoho records calls and dials through marketplace telephony apps, and offers no AI meeting summaries. Follow-up drafts start at $23, CRM autofill at $40, and MCP comes with every plan.

WhatsApp, LinkedIn and sign-on

WhatsApp works inside Zoho CRM and is an add-on on Dynamics. LinkedIn tools are an add-on on Dynamics and start at $23 on Zoho. Neither supports Telegram.

Dynamics includes single sign-on. Zoho starts it at $40.
