Pricing: $19 to $39 against $18 to $29
Avoma's Startup is $19 per recorder seat a month, Organization $29 and Enterprise $39; Avoma's Enterprise is billed annually only and needs at least 10 paid seats. tl;dv Pro is $18 and Business $29, with Enterprise priced on request.
Avoma bills only the people who record; viewers and collaborators are free. Its Conversation Intelligence and Revenue Intelligence are $29 add-ons per seat a month. tl;dv says Business has no usage-based AI fees.
Free plan against free trial
tl;dv's Free plan has unlimited recordings and transcription, but only 10 meetings with AI notes and 10 Ask AI queries, and data is kept for up to 3 months. Business can be tried free from the pricing page, which doesn't state a trial length.
Avoma has no free plan. Its 14-day trial covers the Organization plan with all add-ons and needs no credit card. After the trial an account becomes a viewer account until seats are bought, and past recordings stay viewable.
Languages and where they record
Avoma transcribes in 70+ languages against 30+ for tl;dv. Avoma records on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, WebEx and GoToMeeting, with bot-less native recording or a bot.
tl;dv works with Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, including on iOS and Android. Its recording limit is 3 hours on every plan.
AI templates, follow-ups and Ask AI

Across all your meetings, Avoma's global Ask Avoma comes with Enterprise or the $29 Conversation Intelligence add-on. tl;dv's multi-meeting Ask AI is limited to 5 queries on Free and Pro, and unlimited on Business.
CRM sync
Avoma's Startup saves notes automatically to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive and Copper records, so the cheapest paid plan covers five CRMs.
tl;dv's integrations page lists HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho under CRMs. Pro includes CRM integrations for a personal account, plus an MCP server, an API and webhooks. Team-wide CRM integrations and automations need Business at $29.
We make PromptLab, so here is where it fits.
Or record meetings inside your CRM
PromptLab is a CRM with a notetaker built in. Its bot joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, records them and writes a transcript in more than 30 languages.
After the call you get a summary, the action items as CRM tasks on the deal and its contacts, and a follow-up email drafted for you. The notes sit on the deal they belong to, so there is nothing to sync.
