Pricing: three plans against four

Copper has three plans, from $23 to $99 a seat. Pipedrive has four, from $14 to $79. Both offer a free trial.

Pipedrive is cheaper at both ends: $9 less to start and $20 less at the top. Copper's Basic plan also stops at 2,500 contacts.

Built for Gmail, or built around the pipeline

Copper runs inside Gmail and Calendar, adds prospects from LinkedIn without switching tabs, and syncs Drive and Contacts on every plan. For a team that lives in Google Workspace, that is its strength, along with projects tracked next to deals.

Pipedrive is a pipeline CRM with a visual view many reps already know, a marketplace of 500+ apps and mobile apps. If your team is all-in on Google, Copper fits tighter; if not, Pipedrive is the pipeline-first option.

AI, calls and MCP

Copper has no meeting recording and no AI summaries, and doesn't fill CRM fields from calls or offer MCP. Follow-up drafts start on Professional at $59.

Pipedrive's Nova adds pre-call briefs, call recording, meeting summaries and CRM updates on every plan, with an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. On AI, Pipedrive is well ahead on its first plan.

Quotes, automation and email

Copper gets quotes through a marketplace app and has no sales orders. Pipedrive's quotes start on Premium at $59 and it has no sales orders either. Neither offers sample tracking or price lists.

Workflow automation starts at $59 on Copper's Professional plan and at $39 on Pipedrive's Growth plan. Email sync is on every Copper plan; on Pipedrive it starts on Growth at $39.

Messaging, LinkedIn and security

WhatsApp reaches Copper through marketplace apps; Pipedrive offers it from $39. Neither supports Telegram.

LinkedIn profile saving is included on every Copper plan and needs a marketplace app on Pipedrive. Single sign-on is included on Pipedrive and starts at $99 on Copper.
