Pricing: $97 to $497 an account against a quote after a demo

GoHighLevel shows three plans, from $97 to $497 a month per account, with usage for calls, messages and AI billed on top. It offers a free trial.

Proton.ai doesn't publish prices. You book a demo, talk through your ERP, catalogue and setup, and get a quote afterwards. There's no free trial, so there's nothing to compare until you've spoken to its team.

An agency platform against a distributor platform

GoHighLevel is made for agencies. Client sub-accounts, funnels, websites and campaigns sit inside the plans, with rebilling and SaaS Mode built in. A distributor would use a small part of it.

Proton.ai starts from the ERP instead. It connects to systems from SAP and NetSuite to AS/400 green screens, and handles catalogues as large as 500,000 SKUs. Reps see who is due to reorder and what to offer.

Quotes, orders and records

Proton.ai has both quotes and sales orders, fed by the ERP. GoHighLevel can send estimates and invoices, but has no sales orders.

Neither tracks samples or keeps customer price lists. On GoHighLevel, sales orders join them in a spreadsheet next to the CRM.

Calls, meetings and AI

GoHighLevel records calls on its own phone system, billed per minute, with transcription extra. It has a dialer, takes meeting summaries from a Fathom integration, and supports MCP so Claude or ChatGPT can connect.

Proton.ai has no call recording, meeting summaries, dialer or MCP. It does draft follow-up emails and fill CRM fields from calls, and its assistant, Pronto, helps reps prepare and log notes by voice. GoHighLevel only partly matches that: its drafts run through workflows and its autofill covers chats only.

Messaging, automation and sign-on

Both include workflows, an API and email sync. WhatsApp is a $10 a month add-on on GoHighLevel and isn't supported on Proton.ai. Neither supports Telegram or LinkedIn profile saving.

GoHighLevel's single sign-on needs Agency Pro and supports OIDC only. Proton.ai has none.

We make PromptLab, so here is why product teams pick it over both.

Why PromptLab is the better choice for teams that sell products

PromptLab is a CRM for B2B teams that sell products. On their entry plans, neither GoHighLevel nor Proton.ai includes sample tracking, price lists, meeting recording, AI meeting summaries, WhatsApp and Telegram. PromptLab has all of them on every plan, from $11.99 a user a month.

  • A deal moving across a pipeline into won

Built for a product sale, not a marketing funnel

We're built around how industrial sales work: accounts with several buyers, long deals, quotes and samples, repeat orders. The pipeline, the account and the paperwork are the product, not one module of many.

  • A calendar event next to a brief on the account

Prepared before the meeting, recorded during it

PromptLab writes a brief before each meeting, then records and transcribes it in over 100 languages. Afterwards you get the summary, a follow-up email draft and CRM fields filled in from the call.

  • A simple bill with one total

Samples, price lists and sales orders on the deal

We keep sample requests and results, customer price lists, quotes and sales orders on the account and the deal, on every plan. When a buyer asks where the sample is, the answer is on the record.
