Pricing: free to $79 against a quote after a demo
Attio publishes its prices: a free plan for up to three seats, then paid plans from $35 to $79 a seat. It also offers a free trial.
Proton.ai doesn't publish pricing. It quotes after a demo, and there's no free trial, so you can't try it or budget for it before talking to its team.
Blank canvas or ERP-fed assistant
Attio is one of the best-designed of the new AI-native CRMs. Its data model is yours to define, with AI agents and its own MCP server.
Proton.ai plugs into the ERP, from SAP and NetSuite to AS/400 green screens, and tells reps who is due to reorder, across catalogues as large as 500,000 SKUs.
Quotes and sales orders
Proton.ai includes quotes and sales orders, fed by the ERP. Attio has neither, and leaves you to build them in its data model.
Price lists and sample tracking are missing from both. A distributor would keep those elsewhere.
Meetings and AI
Attio records, transcribes and summarises calls through Call Intelligence, and drafts follow-ups and fills CRM fields, from its $79 Pro plan. Proton.ai doesn't record meetings and has no AI summaries, though it includes follow-up drafts and CRM autofill.
Attio supports MCP, so Claude or ChatGPT can connect to it. Proton.ai has no MCP server, and works through its own assistant, Pronto.
Messaging, LinkedIn and sign-in
Neither supports WhatsApp or Telegram. LinkedIn comes to Attio through marketplace apps, and Proton.ai doesn't offer it.
Single sign-on is on Attio's Enterprise plan, and Proton.ai doesn't offer it. Both sync email, run workflows and include an API.
We make PromptLab, so here is why product teams pick it over both.
Why PromptLab is the better choice for teams that sell products
PromptLab is a CRM for B2B teams that sell products. On their entry plans, neither Attio nor Proton.ai includes sample tracking, price lists, meeting recording, AI meeting summaries, WhatsApp and Telegram. PromptLab has all of them on every plan, from $11.99 a user a month.
Sales objects ready-made, not built from scratch
We ship all four on the account and the deal from the Basic plan. Set up your customer price lists and create the first quote in the same week you sign up.
Attio vs PromptLab, in fullPrepared before the meeting, recorded during it
PromptLab writes a brief before each meeting, then records and transcribes it in over 100 languages. Afterwards you get the summary, a follow-up email draft and CRM fields filled in from the call.
Proton.ai vs PromptLab, in fullCall recording from $11.99, not $79
We record calls on our $11.99 Basic plan, in over 100 languages. After the call you get a summary and a follow-up draft; before the next one, a brief on the account.
