Pricing: $97 to $497 an account against $23 to $99 a seat

GoHighLevel has three plans from $97 to $497 a month per account, plus usage for calls, messages and AI. Copper has three plans from $23 to $99 a seat a month, billed annually. Both offer a free trial.

Four seats on Copper's $23 plan cost $92, just under GoHighLevel's entry plan. Five seats cost $115. On Copper's $59 Professional plan, five seats cost $295. GoHighLevel's plan price holds as people join, but its usage charges are the part to watch.

An agency platform against a Gmail CRM

GoHighLevel bundles funnels, websites, SMS and email campaigns, a CRM and AI agents, with client sub-accounts. It suits an agency running marketing for several clients.

Copper stays close to the inbox. It runs inside Gmail and Calendar, adds prospects from LinkedIn without switching tabs, and syncs Drive and Contacts on every plan. It suits a small team that lives in Gmail and wants the lightest possible CRM, with projects tracked next to deals.

Email, import and sign-on

Copper syncs Gmail and Calendar, not Outlook, so a Microsoft 365 office won't see its threads there. GoHighLevel includes email sync, but imports from CSV only.

On the $23 Basic plan, Copper stops at 2,500 contacts. Single sign-on starts at $99 on Copper and needs Agency Pro on GoHighLevel, where it supports OIDC only.

Calls, meetings and AI

GoHighLevel has a dialer, records calls on its phone system billed per minute with transcription extra, and takes summaries from a Fathom integration. It supports MCP, and follow-up drafts run through its workflows.

Copper has no call recording, no meeting summaries, no CRM autofill and no MCP. Follow-up drafts and workflows start on Professional at $59, and its dialer comes through a marketplace app.

Quotes, WhatsApp and LinkedIn

GoHighLevel can send estimates and invoices; Copper's quotes come through a marketplace app. Neither has sales orders, price lists or sample tracking.

WhatsApp is a $10 a month add-on on GoHighLevel and a marketplace app on Copper. Neither supports Telegram. Copper saves LinkedIn profiles, and GoHighLevel doesn't.

We make PromptLab, so here is why product teams pick it over both.

Why PromptLab is the better choice for teams that sell products

PromptLab is a CRM for B2B teams that sell products. On their entry plans, neither GoHighLevel nor Copper includes sales orders, sample tracking, price lists, meeting recording, AI meeting summaries and AI follow-up drafts. PromptLab has all of them on every plan, from $11.99 a user a month.

  • A deal moving across a pipeline into won

Built for a product sale, not a marketing funnel

We're built around how industrial sales work: accounts with several buyers, long deals, quotes and samples, repeat orders. The pipeline, the account and the paperwork are the product, not one module of many.

  • Emails landing on a customer's activity timeline

Every inbox captured, not just Gmail

We capture email from Gmail, Outlook and any IMAP mailbox on every plan, and file each message on the right contact. A mixed team still gets one history per customer.

  • A simple bill with one total

Samples, price lists and sales orders on the deal

We keep sample requests and results, customer price lists, quotes and sales orders on the account and the deal, on every plan. When a buyer asks where the sample is, the answer is on the record.
