Below, the two are compared on how they're priced, what a sales team gets, calls and AI, and messaging. Every figure comes from the vendors' own pricing and product pages. Attio's prices are per seat a month, billed annually; GoHighLevel's are per account a month, plus usage.

Pricing: free to $79 a seat against $97 to $497 an account

Attio has a free plan for up to three seats, then paid plans from $35 to $79 a seat a month, billed annually. GoHighLevel is priced per account instead: three plans from $97 to $497 a month, plus usage for calls, messages and AI.

So the maths turns on team size. A team of up to three pays nothing on Attio. A team of four on its $35 plan pays $140 a month, while GoHighLevel's $97 plan covers an account with unlimited users, before usage charges. Both offer a free trial.

A blank canvas against an agency platform

Attio is one of the best-designed of the new AI-native CRMs, and its data model is yours to shape. It comes with AI agents and its own MCP server.

GoHighLevel bundles funnels, websites, SMS and email campaigns, a CRM and AI agents, sold per agency account with client sub-accounts. An agency running marketing for clients gets far more there than a sales team would use.

Quotes and orders

GoHighLevel can send estimates and invoices. Attio has no quotes, and leaves you to design them in its data model.

Neither has sales orders, price lists or sample tracking. A product business would record all three outside either CRM.

Calls, meetings and AI

Attio's Call Intelligence records, transcribes and summarises calls, and Attio drafts follow-ups and fills in CRM fields, but only from its Pro plan at $79. On cheaper plans nothing records the call, and there's no dialer.

GoHighLevel has a built-in dialer on its own phone system. Calls are recorded at a per-minute rate with transcription extra, meeting summaries come through a Fathom integration, follow-up drafts run through workflows and CRM autofill covers chats only. Both support MCP.

Messaging, LinkedIn and imports

WhatsApp is a $10 a month add-on on GoHighLevel and isn't supported by Attio. Neither supports Telegram.

LinkedIn comes to Attio through marketplace apps, and GoHighLevel has none. Attio's single sign-on is on its Enterprise plan, GoHighLevel's on Agency Pro and for OIDC only, and GoHighLevel imports CSV files only.

We make PromptLab, so here is why product teams pick it over both.

Why PromptLab is the better choice for teams that sell products

PromptLab is a CRM for B2B teams that sell products. On their entry plans, neither Attio nor GoHighLevel includes sales orders, sample tracking, price lists, meeting recording, AI meeting summaries and AI follow-up drafts. PromptLab has all of them on every plan, from $11.99 a user a month.

  • A price list with a different price for each customer

Sales objects ready-made, not built from scratch

We ship all four on the account and the deal from the Basic plan. Set up your customer price lists and create the first quote in the same week you sign up.

  • A deal moving across a pipeline into won

Built for a product sale, not a marketing funnel

We're built around how industrial sales work: accounts with several buyers, long deals, quotes and samples, repeat orders. The pipeline, the account and the paperwork are the product, not one module of many.

  • A call transcript with a highlighted line

Call recording from $11.99, not $79

We record calls on our $11.99 Basic plan, in over 100 languages. After the call you get a summary and a follow-up draft; before the next one, a brief on the account.
