Pricing: free to $79 against $65 to $150

Attio has a free plan for up to three seats, then paid plans from $35 to $79. Dynamics 365 Sales has three plans: Professional at $65, Enterprise at $105 and Premium at $150. Both offer a free trial.

Attio is far cheaper to start: free for up to three seats, then $35, against $65 for Professional. Its $79 Pro plan costs $14 more than Professional, but it records calls, which Dynamics 365 Sales keeps for Enterprise at $105.

Quotes, orders and price lists

This is Dynamics 365's clearest advantage. Quotes, price lists and sales orders are built in from Professional at $65. Attio has none of the three, so its users design them in the data model first.

Samples are the gap they share. Neither tracks them.

Calls, meetings and AI

Attio's Call Intelligence, with summaries, follow-up drafts and CRM autofill, comes from its $79 Pro plan. On Dynamics 365, recording, summaries and follow-up drafts start on Enterprise at $105, and CRM autofill waits for Premium at $150.

Both support MCP, with a difference. Attio includes it on every plan, while Dynamics 365's Sales MCP server starts on Premium and needs Copilot Studio admin rights and Copilot credits. Microsoft's docs say Claude Desktop isn't supported at this time.

Setup and who runs it

Dynamics 365 Sales gives an admin a lot to decide: environments, security roles, apps, licences and Copilot credits. Many companies bring in a Microsoft partner to set it up.

Attio asks for a different effort: designing objects, attributes and workflows for your own process. It's one of the best-designed of the new AI-native CRMs, and it works well for a team that enjoys building its own CRM.

Messaging, LinkedIn and sign-in

WhatsApp and LinkedIn tools are add-ons on Dynamics 365. Attio doesn't support WhatsApp and reaches LinkedIn through its marketplace. Neither supports Telegram.

Single sign-on is included in Dynamics 365 and sits on Attio's Enterprise plan. Dynamics 365 also adds a call dialer from $105, which Attio doesn't have.

We make PromptLab, so here is why product teams pick it over both.
