Pricing: $14 or $12 to start

Zoho CRM is free for up to three users, and its four paid plans run from $14 to $52. monday CRM has four plans from $12 to $28, with Ultimate custom-priced. Both offer a free trial.

monday's paid entry is $2 cheaper, but Zoho's free plan changes the maths for a team of three or fewer. Compare what each cheap plan includes before comparing the headline numbers.

A suite you extend, or boards you shape

Zoho's strength is breadth: more than 50 apps, from Books to Desk, so accounting, help desk and CRM can come from one vendor at a low price. Running a product sale on it can mean stitching modules together.

monday CRM is the friendliest way to build a CRM from boards and columns, and suits a company that already runs on monday.com. Someone has to design and maintain the sales process.

Quotes, orders and price lists

monday CRM includes quotes on its $12 Basic plan but has no sales orders or price lists. Zoho CRM includes quotes, sales orders and price books from $23.

Neither tracks samples. For a product business that quotes against agreed prices and follows orders, Zoho covers more of the paperwork; for quotes alone, monday's entry plan costs $11 less.

Calls, AI and automation

On monday CRM, the AI notetaker, call recording, meeting summaries, follow-up drafts and CRM autofill all start on Standard at $17. Automations, the dialer and the API start there too.

Zoho CRM records calls only through marketplace telephony apps and has no AI meeting summaries. Follow-up drafts start at $23 and CRM autofill at $40, but workflow automation and the API come with the entry plan. Both support MCP. For meeting AI monday is more complete; for automation Zoho starts earlier.

Email, messaging and security

Email sync is included with Zoho CRM and starts on Standard at $17 on monday. WhatsApp works inside Zoho but isn't supported by monday. Neither supports Telegram.

Saving LinkedIn profiles starts at $23 on Zoho and isn't offered by monday. Single sign-on starts at $40 on Zoho and sits on monday's Enterprise plan.
