Pricing: $12 to $28 against $65 to $150

monday CRM's published plans run from $12 to $28 a seat a month, with Ultimate custom-priced. Dynamics 365 Sales has three plans: Professional at $65, Enterprise at $105 and Premium at $150. Both offer a free trial.

The gap is large. Ten seats on monday CRM's $12 Basic plan cost $120 a month, while ten on Dynamics 365 Sales' Professional plan cost $650. Even monday CRM's $28 plan is below Dynamics 365 Sales' entry price.

Boards to shape against a platform to configure

monday CRM is the friendliest way to build a CRM from boards, but someone designs the sales process. Dynamics 365 Sales asks more of an admin: environments, security roles, apps, licences and Copilot credits, and many companies bring in a Microsoft partner.

Dynamics 365 Sales works inside Outlook and Teams, which is its draw for a Microsoft company. monday CRM's draw is that teams already on monday.com can keep sales on the same boards.

Quotes, sales orders and price lists

Dynamics 365 Sales has quotes, price lists and sales orders from Professional at $65. monday CRM has quotes and invoices from its $12 Basic plan, but no sales orders and no price lists.

Neither tracks samples. For a team that sells products, the order side is where Dynamics 365 Sales pulls ahead.

Calls, meetings and AI

monday CRM's AI notetaker, recording, summaries, follow-up drafts, CRM autofill and dialer all start on Standard at $17. Dynamics 365 Sales starts recording, summaries, follow-up drafts and a dialer on Enterprise at $105.

Dynamics 365 Sales keeps CRM autofill and MCP for Premium at $150. monday CRM supports MCP from Basic, so Claude or ChatGPT can connect on the $12 plan.

Messaging, workflows and sign-on

Dynamics 365 Sales includes workflows, an API and email sync from the start, and sells WhatsApp and LinkedIn tools as add-ons. monday CRM has workflows, an API and email sync from $17, and no WhatsApp or LinkedIn.

Single sign-on is included in Dynamics 365 Sales. In monday CRM it needs the Enterprise plan. Neither supports Telegram.

We make PromptLab, so here is why product teams pick it over both.
