Pricing: free and $14 to $52 a seat against $99 plus $10 a seat

Zoho CRM is free for three users, then four paid plans from $14 to $52 a user a month, billed annually. Breakcold has a single plan at $99 a month with one seat included, $10 for each extra seat, and 20% less billed annually. Both offer a free trial.

The crossover depends on the plan. Three users cost nothing on Zoho's free plan and $42 a month on its $14 plan, against $119 on Breakcold. Ten users cost $140 on Zoho's $14 plan and $520 on its $52 plan, against $189 on Breakcold, or $151.20 billed annually. Breakcold also meters AI in tokens beyond 3,000 included actions.

A suite against a social-selling inbox

Zoho's strength is breadth. Accounting, a help desk and a CRM can come from one vendor, with dozens of Zoho apps next door.

Breakcold narrows to the prospect conversation. LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and email threads share one inbox, with a meeting recorder, and Claude, ChatGPT and MCP are on the one plan.

Quotes, orders and price books

Zoho CRM adds quotes, sales orders and price books from $23 a user a month. Breakcold has none of them ready-made, though it lets you build custom objects that someone on your team has to design and maintain.

For a product business, that's the clearest gap between them. Neither tracks samples.

Calls, meetings and AI

Breakcold records meetings, summarises them, drafts follow-ups and fills in CRM fields on its one plan, though recording spends tokens. Zoho has no AI meeting summaries, and call recording comes through marketplace apps.

Zoho drafts follow-up emails from $23 and fills fields from calls from $40. Both support MCP and have workflows and an API.

Messaging, LinkedIn and sign-on

Both work with WhatsApp. Breakcold also supports Telegram, which Zoho doesn't, and saves LinkedIn profiles, which Zoho does from $23.

Single sign-on is a Zoho feature from $40; Breakcold has none.

We make PromptLab, so here is why product teams pick it over both.
