Pricing: $14 to $79 a seat against $99 for one plan
Pipedrive has four plans, from Lite at $14 to a $79 top plan. Breakcold has one plan at $99 a month with one seat included, $10 for each extra seat, and 20% less billed annually. Both offer a free trial.
Which is cheaper depends on the plan and the headcount. For two users, Breakcold is $109 a month before its annual discount, while Pipedrive costs $28 on Lite, $78 on Growth and $118 on Premium. Breakcold's extra seats at $10 sit below Pipedrive's $14 starting price.
AI, calls and MCP
Pipedrive's Nova adds pre-call briefs, call recording, meeting summaries and CRM updates from the $14 plan, and follow-up drafts from $59. Both CRMs support MCP, so Claude or ChatGPT can connect.
Breakcold has a meeting recorder, summaries, follow-up drafts and CRM autofill on its one plan, but AI use is token-metered beyond 3,000 included AI actions. Its own example puts 300 active contacts at about $90 a month extra.
Messaging and LinkedIn
Breakcold is the stronger inbox. LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and email share it from day one. Pipedrive's WhatsApp starts on Growth at $39, it has no Telegram, and LinkedIn needs a marketplace app.
For a team that sells through social channels, that single inbox is the heart of the choice.
Quotes and automation
Pipedrive adds quotes on Premium at $59, and Breakcold has no quotes. Neither has sales orders, price lists or sample tracking.
Workflows, email sync and a call dialer start on Growth at $39 on Pipedrive, while Breakcold includes workflows and email sync on its one plan and has no dialer.
Ecosystem and security
Pipedrive has a marketplace of 500+ apps and mobile apps, and many reps already know its pipeline view. Breakcold is built for agencies, startups and consultants that sell from one social inbox.
Single sign-on comes with Pipedrive, and Breakcold doesn't have it.
We make PromptLab, so here is why product teams pick it over both.
Why PromptLab is the better choice for teams that sell products
PromptLab is a CRM for B2B teams that sell products. On their entry plans, neither Pipedrive nor Breakcold includes quotes, sales orders, sample tracking and price lists. PromptLab has all of them on every plan, from $11.99 a user a month.
Samples and customer prices on the account
We log every sample request on the account and the deal, and keep each customer's price list beside it. Reps quote from agreed prices, not memory, on every plan.
Pipedrive vs PromptLab, in fullSamples, quotes and orders, ready on day one
