Pricing: $65 to $150 a seat against $99 for one plan
Dynamics 365 Sales has three plans: Professional at $65, Enterprise at $105 and Premium at $150 a user. Breakcold has one plan at $99 a month with one seat included, $10 for each extra seat, and 20% less billed annually. Both offer a free trial.
For a single user, the $65 Professional plan is cheaper than Breakcold's $99. From two users, Breakcold's $109 is under the $130 two seats cost on Professional, and the gap widens with each seat. Breakcold's AI is token-metered beyond 3,000 included AI actions, so heavy use can add to the bill.
Quotes, sales orders and price lists
Dynamics 365 Sales is clearly ahead here. Quotes, sales orders and price lists are built in from the $65 plan.
Breakcold has none of them, nor sample tracking. It lets you build custom objects, but your team would have to design and maintain those records.
AI, calls and MCP
Breakcold includes a meeting recorder, summaries, follow-up drafts, CRM autofill and MCP on its one plan. On Dynamics 365 Sales, recording, summaries and follow-up drafts start on Enterprise at $105, and CRM autofill and MCP on Premium at $150.
The Dynamics 365 Sales MCP server also needs Copilot Studio admin rights and Copilot credits, and Microsoft's own docs say Claude Desktop isn't supported at this time. Dynamics 365 Sales does have a dialer from $105; Breakcold has none.
Messaging and LinkedIn
Breakcold has LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram in the one inbox. Dynamics 365 Sales sells WhatsApp and LinkedIn tools as add-ons and doesn't support Telegram.
Single sign-on comes with Dynamics 365 Sales, and Breakcold doesn't have it.
Setup and fit
Dynamics 365 Sales asks an admin to decide environments, security roles, apps, licences and Copilot credits, and many companies bring in a Microsoft partner. It suits a company standardised on Microsoft, especially one on a Dynamics ERP.
Breakcold has a single plan, so there are no tiers to choose between, and it suits the agencies, startups and consultants it's built for.
